We will help you to save time, money, and the hassle surrounding making sure your students, faculty, and staff are adequately covered for their travels abroad.

Enrollment is simple and involves very little administrative work. iNext cards are produced and sent right from our office to your participants’ mailing address, eliminating any card production on your end. iNext support staff are always available to assist, whatever your needs may be — we can help with general questions about travel protection benefits and claims, or provide online or on-campus trainings. We will also work with you to create and provide useful pre-departure materials for your office.

Quick and Easy Enrollment

Enrollment is quick and easy! Simply visit your online administrative account and download an enrollment spreadsheet template. Complete the required fields and upload the spreadsheet into our system. In a matter of minutes, enrollment is complete.

As soon as your spreadsheet is uploaded, an email from iNext is immediately sent to all insureds containing their user name and temporary password as well as instructions on how to complete their online profile in order to receive their card in the mail. Once their account profile is complete, their iNext card will be printed and sent out in the mail the very next day! Please keep in mind that individuals are insured with or without the card.

Reporting

Easily access your personal enrollment database at any time! Your administrative account provides a detailed report of all participants enrolled through your account. This helpful tool allows you to check who has been enrolled, what their effective dates are, if they have completed their online profile, received their iNext card in the mail, and more. Reports can easily be exported to Excel files for your convenience.

Training and Pre-Departure Information

The iNext team is committed to developing a long-term collaborative partnership with your institution. As such, we are happy to provide all the support you need at any time. We are happy to provide training for administrative enrollment as well as general training to review coverage and benefits, claims, emergency services and support, etc. We can provide training via conference calls, online webinars, or in-person visits to campus. We also know how hectic preparations can become prior to departure, so we try to lighten your load by creating tailored materials for your pre-departure orientations. We’re also more than willing to speak directly with trip leaders, faculty, staff, students, parents, and whoever else would benefit from learning about the iNext travel protection benefits and procedures.

Billing and Payment

There is no initial or up-front cost for iNext travel protection plans. We simply bill at the end of the month for any given month that your account has activity. Invoices are sent both electronically and through USPS and contain a detailed list of all participants enrolled during the month. You are charged the one-time discounted fee per person that you have enrolled through our online administrative system. You then have 30 days to remit payment by either check or credit card.

Participant Tracking With Safey

In an emergency situation abroad, do you know where your travelers are? Your partnership with iNext entitles you to a 10% discount on SAFEY’s proactive global mobile app-based warning, SOS, communication and GPS location system that allows you to protect and communicate with study abroad students and faculty. The SAFEY app provides real-time warnings, alerts and information, as well as one-click calls to local SOS emergency services as well as iNext emergency service providers. iNext Security Evacuation

In situations of political unrest, environmental disaster, and/or military action, iNext has partnered with Crisis 24 to provide rapid assistance in response and evacuation, to ensure that those covered can be moved to a place of safety, enabling duty of care and peace of mind at all times. We offer two levels of coverage: Standard; and a more feature-rich Enhanced variant.

Mental Health

Through our partnership with Morneau Shepell, iNext International Travel Protection is pleased to offer the "My SSP" (Student Support Program) as an optional add-on for partner institutions utilizing our base travel/medical plans for U.S. students on study abroad programs. "My SSP" provides 24/7 remote mental health, general well-being, and acculturation support to study abroad students via the use of app/phone-driven technology.
