International Medical Plans for J Visa Program Participants
iNext offers the Global Adventure insurance plans for individuals residing temporarily in the U.S. while participating in the J-1 Visa work / study-based visitor exchange program.
Choose between two plan options to provide peace of mind in the event you are sick or injured during your J-1 experience in the U.S.
The iNext Global Adventure Plan satisfies all J, F, M or Q visa requirements:

- Immediate confirmation of insurance via email at time of purchase

- Up to $100,000 in coverage per injury or sickness
- Up to $50,000 for emergency medical evacuation
- Up to $25,000 for repatriation of mortal remains

Which Plan Configuration Is Right for You?
The Global Adventure plan is designed to address a full spectrum of international student/scholar insurance needs. The portfolio of benefits offered is identical regardless of whether you choose Global Adventure or Global Adventure Plus. What differs is the deductible, level of coinsurance, and price. Please refer to the requirements of the program you’ll be participating in prior to purchasing a plan.
iNext Global Adventure Plus features 80% coinsurance and has a $5.00 co-pay per occurrence if treated at the Campus Health Center (otherwise $100 deductible per occurrence). This means that after the co-pay or deductible is satisfied, then 100% of eligible charges are covered through the policy.
iNext Global Adventure has 80% coinsurance and a $500 annual deductible. Under this plan, the first $500 of expenses are paid by the insured each policy year. After that, the plan pays 80% of eligible charges.
