ELIGIBILITY

Persons eligible to apply for the iNext Travel Card and to receive or avail themselves of any of the benefits or services associated with being an iNext cardholder including, but not limited to, insurance coverage must be: (a) residents of the United States; (b) over 13 years of age at the time of application.

APPLICATION STIPULATIONS

To apply for the iNext Travel Card, applicants must acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • I have read and I meet and agree to be bound by the eligibility requirements and terms and conditions as stated here on the iNext website;
  • I further agree to be bound by all other individual eligibility stipulations as stated in the description of iNext Basic insurance coverage (pdf), description of iNext Premium insurance coverage (pdf) or in the description of iNext Platinum insurance coverage (pdf) provided under the group sickness, accident, and travel insurance policy maintained by CIEE and administered by Travel Guard®;
  • I have completed this application honestly and accurately;
  • If any of the information in this application is found to be false or incomplete, that I forfeit any right to any of the benefits and services associated with being an iNext cardholder, including, but not limited to, insurance coverage;
  • If any of the information in this application is found to be false or incomplete, I further understand that iNext and CIEE: Council on International Educational Exchange may, at its sole discretion, notify appropriate law enforcement authorities for possible criminal prosecution.

TERMINATION

iNext reserves the right to deny service or terminate benefits in the event of actual or suspected unauthorized or fraudulent use.

EXCEPTIONS

Any exception to the aforementioned eligibility requirement shall be made at the sole discretion of iNext and CIEE: Council on International Educational Exchange.
